Ms. Dorothy Boykin is a Philadelphia native, founder and owner of DBW TAX SERVICES LLC. Her local business has successfully transformed into a company that prepares tax returns across the country. With over 25 years of individual and small business tax prep experience, she is highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to getting the maximum refunds for her clients and a low balance due.  As a former IRS Tax Examiner and former H & R Block Franchisee of 8 years, she is no stranger to staying up to date on new tax laws and dealing with diverse situations, from first time filers to corporate execs.

Currently serving as a board member of Community Legal Services and Philadelphia Legal Assistance, she has made doing what’s best for others a priority.
